Account & Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, mobile number, email address and a password. Once submitted, a verification code is sent to your mobile. Enter that code to confirm your account and you are ready to deposit PKR and start playing. The whole process takes under two minutes for most players.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to create an MGLion account. During registration you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time, and any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be closed immediately.

No. Each player is only allowed one account. Creating multiple accounts – for example to claim a welcome bonus more than once – is against our terms and conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. If you have forgotten your login details, contact support rather than creating a new account.

Contact the MGLion support team through live chat. Do not create a new account. The support team will verify your identity using your registered mobile number or email and help you reset your password and regain access. Your PKR balance and betting history will remain safe throughout the process.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your contact details. For changes to your registered mobile number, you may need to go through a verification step to confirm the new number belongs to you. This is to keep your account and PKR funds secure.
Deposits & Withdrawals

MGLion supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR. These are the methods that Pakistani players use every day, so there is no need to convert currency or deal with international transfers or foreign exchange rates.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are usually credited to your MGLion PKR balance instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section in your dashboard. Select your preferred method – JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer – enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method you used for your deposit. Processing times vary by method but most are completed within a few hours.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on the payment method you choose. The exact limits are shown on the deposit page inside your account when you select your preferred payment option. MGLion aims to keep minimum deposits accessible so players of all budgets can participate.

Withdrawals can occasionally take longer due to pending identity verification, an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been met, or a bank processing delay. Log in to your account and check your withdrawal status in the transaction history. If the delay is unexplained, contact the support team via live chat with your withdrawal request ID.

Currently the MGLion app is available for Android devices. iOS users can access the full platform through the Safari or Chrome mobile browser at mglion.vu, which offers the same games, betting markets, and account management features as the app. Check the App page for the latest information on iOS availability.

No. The MGLion app and website share the same account. Log in to the app using the same mobile number or email and password you use on the website. Your PKR balance, open bets, bonus status, and full game history are synced instantly across both. You can switch between the app and browser at any time without losing anything.

First check that your internet connection is stable – the app requires a working mobile data or Wi-Fi connection. If the connection is fine, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, check the App page to see if there is an updated version available and reinstall if necessary. Bonuses & Promotions

New players on MGLion can access welcome bonuses after completing registration and making their first PKR deposit. A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw the winnings generated from it. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is shown in the bonus terms.

No. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully completed. You can track your wagering progress inside your account under the Bonuses section. Your real PKR deposit balance (separate from the bonus balance) can be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard withdrawal process.

Yes. Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to Account Settings, then find the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased until a cooling-off period has passed. This helps you stay in control of your budget and play within your means.

Self-exclusion means voluntarily blocking your own access to your MGLion account for a set period – for example 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. If you feel your gaming is becoming a problem, contact the support team and request a self-exclusion. During this period you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
