MGLion Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to MGLion. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and MGLion ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the MGLion website at mglion.vu, the MGLion mobile application, and all game categories and services provided through the platform including the Live Casino, Casino Slots, Fish Games, and Sports Betting sections.

By creating an account on MGLion or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not create an account and should not use the MGLion platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the MGLion Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the MGLion platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. MGLion is strictly an adult entertainment platform. We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any point. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds held in that account will be forfeited.
• Single account: Each player may hold only one MGLion account. Opening a second account under your own name, using a family member's details, or creating an account for the purpose of claiming a welcome bonus more than once is strictly prohibited and will result in both accounts being closed.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. Providing false information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• Personal use: Your MGLion account is for your personal use only. You may not allow another person to access your account, place bets on your behalf, or use your PKR balance. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• Not a restricted person: You confirm that you are not registering as an employee, contractor, director, or agent of MGLion, and that you are not related to any of the above in a way that could constitute a conflict of interest.

MGLion reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

3. Your Account

Once your MGLion account is created, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that another person has accessed your account without your permission, you must contact MGLion support immediately.

MGLion will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that resulted from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• Account verification: MGLion may at any time request that you complete an identity verification process by providing documents such as a national identity card, passport, or proof of payment method. This is a standard part of platform security and responsible gaming compliance. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in your account being suspended until the process is complete.
• Account currency: All MGLion accounts operate in PKR. Your balance, stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are all denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied at any stage of the payment cycle.
• Inactive accounts: An account that has had no login activity for twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. MGLion may apply a monthly maintenance fee of PKR 200 to inactive accounts after notifying you by email. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in.
• Account closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining PKR balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will not be paid out on account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

MGLion processes all deposits and withdrawals in PKR. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, and credit cards. All are available for both deposits and withdrawals subject to standard processing times and minimum transaction amounts.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your MGLion PKR balance once payment confirmation is received from your payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your balance within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• MGLion does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside MGLion's control.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. These may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• You may only deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and any deposit found to originate from a payment account belonging to another person may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard security measure to prevent funds being redirected to accounts not associated with you.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, your identity verification must be complete. MGLion may also request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts or if unusual account activity has been flagged.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take two to four business days.
• Only real-money PKR balances are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of that bonus before they become withdrawable.
• MGLion reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a security measure for your protection and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

MGLion offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the point the offer is made. The general bonus terms below apply to all offers unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses on MGLion carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each offer is clearly stated when the offer is presented to you.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake towards completing a wagering requirement. Live Casino games, Fish Games, and Sports Betting may contribute at a lower percentage or may not contribute at all, depending on the specific bonus terms. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the individual offer's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire and cannot be reinstated. Similarly, bonuses that have been credited to your account must have their wagering requirements completed within the stated period. Uncompleted bonus balances will be removed from your account when the validity period ends.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a promotion specifically states that it can be combined with another offer, only one bonus may be active in your account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the use of duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Abuse of bonuses: MGLion monitors bonus usage for patterns that suggest abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, using technical exploits to influence bonus outcomes, or coordinating with other players to generate guaranteed profits from bonus offers. Any account found to be abusing the bonus system will have all bonus balances voided and the account may be permanently closed.
• MGLion's discretion: MGLion reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or decline to honour any bonus offer at its discretion where it has reason to believe the offer is being misused or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect bonus being offered.

6. Games & Betting Rules

MGLion provides access to a range of game categories including Live Casino, Casino Slots, Fish Games, and Sports Betting. Each category operates under specific rules that apply alongside these general Terms.

• Game results: All game outcomes on MGLion are determined by certified random number generation (for Slots and Fish Games) or by the live dealer and game mechanics (for Live Casino games). Results are final once a game round has concluded. MGLion does not alter game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any active game round.
• Sports Betting: Sports bets, including PSL cricket, T20 international, football, and esports markets, are settled in accordance with the official match result as published by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to MGLion's settlement rules which are available in the Betting section of the platform.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all games and betting markets. These are displayed within the game interface or betting market before you place a stake. MGLion reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Technical failures: In the event of a technical failure during a game round or live casino session, MGLion will review the available game data and settle the round in accordance with the recorded state of play at the point of the failure. Where a fair settlement cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Errors and malfunctions: MGLion is not liable for any loss or disruption caused by technical faults outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Bets placed during a known technical error on the platform may be voided at MGLion's discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

By using the MGLion platform you agree to use it only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the platform in a non-human way or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games, Poker variants, or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors in betting markets for guaranteed profit.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. MGLion takes financial crime extremely seriously and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's payment methods, or impersonating another player.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct towards MGLion staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

8. Privacy & Data

MGLion collects and processes personal data as part of operating the platform. This includes registration details, transaction records, game activity history, and device and connection information. By creating an MGLion account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the personal data MGLion holds about you and to request its deletion, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

MGLion will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention providers as necessary to operate the platform securely.

9. Limitation of Liability

MGLion provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a stable, reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

• MGLion's total liability to you for any single claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the PKR value of your real-money account balance at the time the claim arises.
• MGLion is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including lost profits, missed betting opportunities, or losses arising from your inability to access the platform during a period of technical difficulty.
• MGLion is not responsible for losses arising from your own decision to gamble, including decisions made under the influence of any substance that affects your judgement.
• Nothing in these Terms limits MGLion's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

MGLion reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at MGLion staff or other players.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any PKR balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, withheld balances may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the account holder through their registered payment method.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting MGLion support. Self-initiated closures for responsible gaming reasons can be processed immediately upon request.

11. Responsible Gaming

MGLion is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming on MGLion involves real PKR and carries genuine financial risk. The platform is intended as an entertainment activity and should be funded only from money set aside specifically for that purpose.

• Deposit limits: All MGLion accounts include a deposit limit tool. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from within your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may require a cooling-off period before being increased.
• Session time reminders: You can set session time reminders that will alert you when you have been logged in for a specified period. These are available from your account settings and we encourage all players to use them.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel that your gaming is no longer under control, you can request a self-exclusion period through MGLion support. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of one month to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will not be able to register a new account on MGLion.
• Reality checks: Your account transaction history and full gaming activity log are available at all times from within your account. Reviewing these regularly is a straightforward way to stay aware of how much PKR you are spending on gaming.

12. Changes to These Terms

MGLion may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, MGLion will notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the MGLion platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your remaining PKR balance before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. MGLion recommends reviewing the Terms and Conditions at least once every three months.
